3.2. By submitting an order, the Customer makes a binding purchase offer.
3.3. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by e-mail or dispatches the goods.
4.Prices and Payment Terms

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund
We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
